· The numbers of ILL request have increased by more than
50 percent which reflects the awareness of the users to such service and the
capability of librarians to meet the users’ needs.
In conjunction with service upgrade,
the librarian had installed the D-space software creating open access
repository for the requested articles. The articles are listed into
communities and the collections and sub-communities based on their subject.
